Description
Cake Production: Independently complete or assist in producing various cream cakes and Western pastries, including birthday cakes and festive cakes. Product Decoration: Decorate cakes using cream, fruits, chocolate, ornaments, and other materials according to standards or customer requirements, including piping, smoothing, decorating, and beautifying. Quality Assurance: Ensure finished cakes are visually appealing, color-coordinated, and comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Material Management: Prepare, use, and store raw materials and tools in the decorating room; maintain a clean and organized workspace. New Product Learning: Actively learn and experiment with new cake decorating techniques and trending styles, assisting in developing new products. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service specialized tools and equipment in the decorating room.
