[Job Title] Baker (Production Team Leader) [Salary and Benefits] HKD 16,930 + shift allowance [Gender Requirement] No restriction [Language Requirement] Fluent Cantonese [Age Requirement] Under 45 years old [Working Hours] 8 hours per shift (24-hour rotating shifts), 4 days off per month [Job Requirements] Experience as a baker in food production lines; basic management experience required; administrative skills needed; minimum height: 160 cm [Main Responsibilities] Preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, and bread; operating and monitoring ovens, dough mixers, and slicers; preparing ingredients; purchasing ingredients and managing ingredient inventory; monitoring food quality and hygiene standards; assigning staff and training employees; managing kitchen operations; assisting with other culinary duties Shift allowances are calculated as follows: 1. Early Shift: 07:30–16:30 / 08:30–17:30 — Shift allowance: HKD 27/day 2. Mid Shift: 12:00–20:30 — Shift allowance: HKD 58/day 3. Night Shift: 15:00–23:30 — Shift allowance: HKD 85/day 4. Overnight Shift: 23:00–07:30 — Shift allowance: HKD 115/day Accommodation and meals are not provided by the company. Assistance in recommending accommodation (HKD 2,000–2,500/month) is available.
