
Taekwondo has been an official Olympic sport since 2000 and has been elevated by the Hong Kong Sports Institute to an 'A-level' elite sport. This experience training is suitable for children interested in taekwondo and will be conducted by instructors from the International Taekwondo Federation Hong Kong Headquarters. The programme includes basic punching and kicking techniques, simulated sparring, and board breaking, enabling participants to gain an initial understanding of taekwondo techniques and philosophy. Notes: Long trousers are recommended. No apron is provided in the workshop. Please bring your own one if needed to protect your clothes. 6. Participants shall be physically fit. Participants shall declare to participate the Event voluntarily and entirely at his/her own risk and responsibility. 7. Participants shall accept and follow the Terms & Conditions for Activities and Events, and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organizer on the day of the Event. 8. Regarding any dispute arising from the Workshop, the decision of ZCB shall be final and binding. 9. If the event needs to be postponed due to special circumstances and a refund is required, the associated platform handling fee will be borne by the participant. 10. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 12. CIC-Zero Carbon Park will take photos or videos during the events for recording purposes. The ownership of photos or videos belongs to the Construction Industry Council and CIC-Zero Carbon Park. All participants must agree that the photos or videos taken may be used for public display or promotion purposes without further notice. 13. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above within 4 hours before the workshop starts, the workshop will be rescheduled. However, if these adverse weather warnings are cancelled 4 hours or more before the workshop begins, the workshop will proceed as scheduled.
