Description
Responsible for coordinating daily operations of the coffee shop; supervising trainees in front-of-house service and cleaning duties; may be assigned to work at different social enterprise projects as required (basic cooking and beverage preparation skills required). Secondary 3 education level; 2 years’ experience; good Cantonese; fair Mandarin; fair English; able to read and write Chinese; basic English reading and writing skills; prior experience working with non-profit organizations preferred; team-oriented, caring, responsible, and mission-driven. Hourly wage: $70.00 – $75.00; Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 2 to 5 days per week; 4 – 6 hours per day.
