Senior Event Planning and Execution Compensation: Base salary of RMB 10,000–15,000 per month + commission Core Responsibilities 1. End-to-end event management: Independently design and execute various events across diverse scenarios, including potential assessment camps, academic advancement seminars, and parent-child sports days; 2. Multi-party resource coordination and management: Precisely coordinate venues, experts, and partners required for events, including but not limited to mathematics teachers and education consultants; 3. Quality and cost control: Rigorously oversee all stages of event execution, maintaining professional image and premium positioning while controlling costs. Competency Requirements 1. Premium event experience: Proven track record in high-end event operations; prior experience in education fairs, luxury brand events, or VIP banking events is preferred; 2. Outstanding negotiation and collaboration skills: Excellent negotiation abilities to engage in in-depth communication with clubs, experts, and other partners to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation; 3. Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility: Strong sense of aesthetics and refined taste, demonstrated through professional visual judgment in event planning, venue decoration, and material design—enhancing the overall quality of events.
