[Job Title] Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor [Gender Requirement] Male [Age Requirement] Under 45 years old [Language Requirement] Fluent Cantonese [Job Requirements] General supervisory duties in the electrical and mechanical industry, including: 1. Responsible for daily supervision and management of electromechanical maintenance work; 2. Standardize and coordinate routine maintenance and servicing activities; 3. Supervise and ensure safety management; 4. Allocate materials and manpower, and direct and manage workers according to schedule; 5. Possess capability to handle emergency incidents. 6. Preference given to candidates with experience in railway, elevator, automotive, or related industries. 7. Electrical Worker Grade A License; Hong Kong Class 2 Driving License Site Sup: Team-leading experience, Site Safety Supervisor Certificate, First Aid Certificate [Compensation & Benefits] Base salary: HKD 22,950 + HKD 300/month allowance + overtime pay (150%) + night shift allowance (25% of daily wage); meals and accommodation at own expense! Other monthly allowances: 1. HKD 300/month (Railway CPT Qualified Personnel Allowance, if successfully obtained) 2. HKD 800/month (Hong Kong Class 2 Driving License Allowance, if successfully obtained) 3. Night shift allowance: 25% of average daily wage over the past 12 months [Working Hours] 8 hours per day, rotating shifts required (morning/afternoon/night shifts; rotation every 3–6 weeks, one day off after every 4–7 days), plus statutory holidays; 2-year contract
