Motorcycle Maintenance Technician [Position] Motorcycle Maintenance Technician [Age Requirement] Under 45 years old [Gender Requirement] Male [Language Requirement] Fluent Cantonese [Job Requirements] 1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of fuel-powered motorcycles, with experience in large-displacement and mid-to-high-end motorcycle repairs; 2. Familiar with motorcycle mechanical operating principles, components, and commonly used repair tools; highly enthusiastic about and possessing in-depth professional knowledge of motorcycle after-sales parts and modification accessories; 3. Holds a motorcycle driving license issued in Hong Kong or mainland China; has relevant experience leading technicians or managing daily workshop operations; familiar with workshop service procedures and operational models; 4. Capable of independently diagnosing technical issues and making sound repair decisions; possesses strong customer communication skills, clear expression, and professionalism; 5. Experience in electric motorcycle maintenance is preferred (e.g., Segway-Ninebot, Jihe, Xiao Niu); proficient in using diagnostic equipment and advanced vehicle fault-troubleshooting skills; [Compensation & Benefits] HKD 20350, accommodation provided (10%), overtime paid separately! [Working Hours] 8 hours per day, 4 days off per month, plus statutory holidays 2-year contract
