Description

One Business and Technical Service Manager is needed. Job Title: Business and Technical Service Manager Responsibilities: 1. Liaise with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government's civil explosives industry regulatory authorities to ensure the company's product supply and services comply with regulatory requirements; 2. Collect market information on projects in Hong Kong SAR such as chambers, tunnels, quarries, infrastructure, site preparation, etc., and be responsible for market development; 3. Review customer proposals; 4. Contact suppliers and work with the procurement team to adapt products and services to meet regulatory and market demands; 5. Manage product import clearance and logistics operations in Hong Kong SAR, and collaborate with the procurement team to track the entire process including production preparation, quality inspection, delivery, logistics, and customs clearance; 6. Provide customers with training and usage guidance for products and services; 7. Respond to customer inquiries and handle customer complaints; 8. Maintain public relations; 9.
