Job Summary: Promote products and services to customers via telephone, answer inquiries, provide professional loan advice, and proactively establish and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Actively and proactively introduce customers to the latest services and products 2. Provide professional advice and market information to customers 3. Build strong relationships with customers via telephone Explain company products to new and existing customers via telephone Proactively recommend the company's latest services and products to customers Answer incoming customer calls regarding inquiries such as loan applications, order follow-ups, approval results, etc. Provide customers with the latest loan promotions and market information If customers express interest in applying for a loan, arrange for them to visit the office to complete procedures Proactively establish and maintain strong customer relationships, consistently offering professional advice Requirements HKCEE / HKDSE qualification or above; Qualifications Framework Level 2 Minimum two years’ experience in telemarketing, retail counter service, or customer service Applicants without relevant experience may still be considered if they are outgoing, passionate about work, proactive, and responsible Good communication skills, speaking techniques, sales skills, and customer service skills are preferred Benefits Kang Yip Fintech Group leverages its substantial capital and professional expertise to provide property owners with financing opportunities — sincerely, wholeheartedly, and genuinely.
