1. Education and Experience
Education: Preference given to candidates with a background in Administration, Business, or Language-related disciplines. (Relevant experience may relax the education requirement.)
Experience:
Entry-level: 0–2 years of administrative experience required for entry.
Senior-level: 3–5+ years of experience required; must be capable of independently handling senior management affairs.
Certifications: Administrative Assistant/Secretary certifications offered by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Vocational Training Council (VTC) enhance competitiveness.
2. Language and Communication
Fluent in Cantonese and English (English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or above, e.g., IELTS 6.0+).
Mandarin: An advantage for companies involved in mainland China business.
Communication Skills: Cross-departmental coordination, client reception, and meeting minutes writing.
3. Technical Skills and Tools
Office Software: Word, Excel (including PivotTables), PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
Other Systems: CRM, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
Digital Skills: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams.
