ZCP X HADO Sports Cup (Upper Primary) Date : 25 or 26 October 2025 (Saturday or Sunday) Venue: CIC-Zero Carbon Park, 8 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay Time :9:00am to 12:30pm 2pm to 5:30pm (Please arrive 15mins early for registration) Duration : 3.5 hours Quota: 9 pax per session Qualifying spots: Top 12 players advance Target Audience : Aged 6 or above (Aged under 12 shall be accompanied by adult) Registration Fee: Free *Participation is exclusive to members of the "ZCP Green Heroes Award Badges Programme". CIC-Zero Carbon Park is owned and operated by Zero Carbon Building, trading as CIC-ZCP. 3. ZCP X HADO Sports Cup ("the Event") is organised by Zero Carbon Building ("ZCB"). 4. The Event is on a first-come, first-served basis due to a limited quota. 5. Participants shall be physically fit. Participants shall declare to participate in the Event voluntarily and entirely at his/her own risk and responsibility. 6. Participants shall accept and follow the Terms & Conditions for Activities and Events, and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organiser on the day of the Event. 7. Regarding any dispute arising from the Workshop, the decision of ZCB shall be final and binding. 8. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 9. CIC-Zero Carbon Park will take photos or videos during the events for recording purposes. The ownership of photos or videos belongs to the Construction Industry Council and CIC-Zero Carbon Park. All participants must agree that the photos or videos taken may be used for public display or promotion purposes without further notice. 10. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above within 4 hours prior to the event, the event will be rescheduled or cancelled. However, if these adverse weather warnings are cancelled at least 4 hours before the workshop begins, the workshop will proceed as scheduled. 11. Winners must attend the ZCP X HADO Sports Cup Award Ceremony in person on 30 November 2025 (Sunday) to receive their awards. 12. Each participant/ team may register for only one category, and category changes are not permitted after registration. 13. Participants must adhere to HADO AR dodgeball game rules and safety guidelines, provided during the training session. Violations will result in disqualification. 14. Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in AR dodgeball and assume responsibility for risks related to personal health conditions. The organiser is not liable for accidents caused by health issues. 15. Participants providing false or incomplete information will be disqualified. 16. CIC-Zero Carbon Park reserves the right to amend and interpret the competition rules and holds final decision-making authority without prior notice.
