Description

Provide full spectrum of personal and business support to Senior Executive Liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management, etc. Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organise daily schedules and travel arrangement Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties Prepare reports, budgets and expenses claims Assist with business pitching such as tender / proposal preparation and presentation materials Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor Degree or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 At least 2 years relevant working experience from Secretarial/Personal Assistant position is preferable Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent and professional written and verbal English communication skills Good command of spoken and written Chinese Proficiency in MS Office Immediately available is highly preferred Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Personal Assistant Benefits Attractive remuneration package  Career progression opportunities  Discretionary performance bonus  Medical & Dental insurance   Birthday leave  Anniversary leave  Study leave  Study subsidy scheme  Employee property loan / personal loan scheme  Numerous other staff benefits

Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Boss's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and notes. Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, including taking calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries professionally. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for business trips as needed. Maintain and oversee office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are always available. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required. Assist in project coordination by providing administrative support, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-up.
