The resident clubhouse Blue Pavilion is located from the basement to the 2nd floor, with a total area of approximately 31,200 square feet. It is designed based on the concept of yachts. The developer invited French super yacht design master Philippe Briand to design the resident clubhouse, aiming to bring an oceanic lifestyle to residents. Facilities include a long swimming pool, spa bath, sauna, fitness room, multi-purpose activity room, leisure seating, children's play area, and more.
