Assist in the maintenance of general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations. Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance documents. Assist in the analysis of financial data for budgeting and planning purposes. Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and examinations. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy.

*** Key Responsibilities *** - Assist to perform month-end closing and group consolidation related reporting - Responsible for financial management report, work closely with headquarter for group reporting - Assist in handling year-end audit process including liaising with auditor - Assist in reimbursement/various accounts payable functions - Assist to prepare SFC reporting and monitor liquid capital - Assist to prepare budget, forecast and presentation package - Ensure the daily operations work-flows are implemented and executed in an accurate and timely manner - Handle any other ad-hoc duties Requirements *** Key Requirements *** Must-have - Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or above - Minimum 5-7 years of solid accounting experience in asset management, - Familiar with SFC standards and License 1,4 & 9. - Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is a must - Sound knowledge and experience in full operational cycle.
