Description

Conduct credit approvals on all applications including property loans, personal loans and credit card in accordance with authority Assist to ensure that credit activities are conducted in accordance with requirements as stipulated in the credit policies Ensure appropriate infrastructure, resources and systems are in place for credit risk management Collaborate with Sales Department for the criteria of credit approval Review and prepare various reports of credit risk management Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior Requirements Bachelor Degree in Risk Management, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline; or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 Minimum 2 years relevant working experience is preferable Any programming skills will be an advantage  Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Independent, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager Benefits Attractive remuneration package Career progression opportunities Discretionary performance bonus Medical & Dental insurance  Birthday leave Anniversary leave Study leave Study subsidy scheme Employee property loan / personal loan scheme Numerous other staff benefits

About the Role At Kody, data is at the heart of our decision-making, and we are looking for a Data Analyst who will not only deliver actionable insights but also empower teams across the business to become more data-driven. In this role, you will be the internal champion for data analytics and reporting, ensuring that Looker is fully utilised as our self-service BI tool. You will mentor and train colleagues from multiple departments, helping them become self-sufficient in accessing and interpreting data. At the same time, you will create and maintain high-impact dashboards that are critical for the business, proactively identifying reporting needs before they arise.
