Description

- Handle insurance claims for different lines of business (e.g. Property & Casualty, CAR, construction EC, Marine, etc.) - Ensure proper reserving, adjustment and settlement of all claims - Resolve enquiries from customers, colleagues and business partners - Work closely with all parties, i.e. loss adjuster and/or solicitor, etc. on daily operations to ensure delivery of quality and professional claims services to the stakeholders - Other ad hoc support to the team Requirements Must-have  - Hands-on experience in property & casualty claims handling  - Knowledgeable in different classes of claims in general insurance  - Proficient in MS Office, esp.
