The Macintosh Portable M5126 (with backlight) is a classic 1991 model; today, very few units remain functional, and they are even hard to find on eBay. This unit has had its motherboard defect repaired, runs System OS 7.53, features the rare 8MB memory card, and is equipped with BlueSCSI solid-state storage; the 3.5-inch 1.44MB floppy drive has been fitted with new gears, and its disk-eject function works normally—every function of the entire unit operates correctly. Accessories include the original Apple carrying case, charger, and all other original components.
