About the role FundPark is seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Development Manager to support various initiatives related to the company's development, including new office projects and other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and capable of working independently to contribute to our growth and success. What you need to do Project Management: Lead and coordinate new office projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates and progress. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring cost control and effective resource allocation. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives. Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and identify new opportunities for growth. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including preparing reports and presentations. Requirements What you need to have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or project management roles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach to work and continuous improvement. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will play a critical role in helping FundPark achieve its long-term business vision through meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners.     What you need to do:  Develop and refine FundPark's corporate strategy in alignment with the long-term business vision.  Lead the execution of major corporate strategic initiatives and innovation projects.  Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.  Manage external relationships and partnerships critical to the company's strategic goals.  Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for corporate projects.  Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and deliverables.  Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to the executive team.  Support administrative functions related to corporate projects and strategic planning efforts. Requirements Proven experience in corporate strategic planning and project management.  Track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and external parties.  Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.  Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Background in banking and finance or a scale-up environment is desired.
