About the role We are looking for a diligent and proactive Officer - Credit Administration. This role is to ensure the necessary documentation is properly executed to protect the platform and relevant stakeholders’ interest and that all condition precedents comply with the approved terms & conditions. What you need to do Ensure availability of credit facilities strictly comply with established credit policies, guidelines and approved terms and conditions, as well as regulatory requirements; Perform credit administration functions including preparing and reviewing standard credit facility letters and loan documentation; Follow up and ensure proper execution of facilities letters and loan documents to protect the interest of the platform and relevant stakeholders; Perform day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of risk-related function and work pro-actively with internal and external business partners to ensure efficient delivery of services; Work with internal and/or external legal & compliance personnel to ensure a standard of documentation is compliant with the latest legal and regulatory framework. Requirements Higher diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline; Knowledge and experience in handling loan documents and collaterals, as well as acquainted with the workflow of credit facilities drawdown/operation; Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented; Detailed-mind, able to work at a fast pace and multi-tasking for efficient results; Strong analytical mind and able to provide effective solutions to support internal and external business partners in achieving business targets while maintaining good credit quality in terms of legal documentation execution. Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and debt recovery analysis. Ability to work diligently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience in refinancing, M&A, and restructuring scenarios is preferred. Advanced Microsoft skills; experience with Bloomberg or other financial tools is preferred. Fluent in English is required, if native would be a plus.

After the successful launch of The Partnerships in the U.S. in 2022, we are looking to replicate that success in APAC and are seeking an Investor Relations lead, APAC to support that initiative. Travel to event locations to ensure the program runs smoothly and delight investors with a top-notch experience.     Requirements Having established relationships with allocators and investment consultants in the APAC region is essential We're looking for a great communicator who can understand client needs and come up with innovative ways to meet them—think brainstorming sessions, panels, surveys, investor gatherings, and engaging case studies. It’s important to take the initiative to stay informed about market trends and personnel changes, ensuring our Salesforce database is always current.
