About the role  We are looking for a candidate who is accountable and attentive to detail, ideally possessing at least 1 year of experience in the banking, financial or accounting sector. As part of this position, you will assist the credit team with credit monitoring, control and documentation tasks.  What you need to do  Credit Post Drawdown Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients’ credit positions post-drawdown.  Watermark Monitoring: Implement and manage watermark monitoring processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, identify potential delinquency client.  Document Verification: Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure strict compliance with credit approval terms.  Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.  Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on credit monitoring activities, findings and follow-up recommendation.  Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and credit underwriting teams to improve credit positions.  Ad-hoc: Perform any credit-related ad-hoc projects or tasks.  Requirements What you need to have  Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting or other business-related fields.  At least 1 year of experience in bank corporate, accounting firm or financial industry preferably in monitoring, administration and documentation.  Proficient in using Excel, eg. Pivot table, Vlookup and filter function.  Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Putonghua speaking is required.  Open to travel as needed.

What you need to do Ensure availability of credit facilities strictly comply with established credit policies, guidelines and approved terms and conditions, as well as regulatory requirements; Perform credit administration functions including preparing and reviewing standard credit facility letters and loan documentation; Follow up and ensure proper execution of facilities letters and loan documents to protect the interest of the platform and relevant stakeholders; Perform day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of risk-related function and work pro-actively with internal and external business partners to ensure efficient delivery of services; Work with internal and/or external legal & compliance personnel to ensure a standard of documentation is compliant with the latest legal and regulatory framework. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of global debt capital markets, including Investment grade, high-yield bonds, convertible bonds, sovereign debt and bank capital notes (region coverage include Asia, US and Europe). Evaluate credit quality and capital structure of companies undergoing M&A, refinancing, rating changes, or restructuring. Identify and assess long/short investment opportunities across sectors and regions. Perform bottom-up financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate investment risks and returns. Monitor economic indicators, market trends, and regulatory updates relevant to credit markets and investment themes. Prepare and present investment memos, meeting notes, and risk assessments to Portfolio Manager.  Maintain strong communication with external stakeholders, including rating agencies, legal advisors, sales, traders, syndicates, investments bankers and restructuring consultants. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional designations (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus. 2–5 years of relevant experience in debt capital market, syndicate, credit research, or hedge funds focusing on debt markets and corporate events. Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and debt recovery analysis. Ability to work diligently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience in refinancing, M&A, and restructuring scenarios is preferred. Advanced Microsoft skills; experience with Bloomberg or other financial tools is preferred. Fluent in English is required, if native would be a plus.
