Job Description Responsible for managing the end-to-end trading experience of the crypto business line. Deeply understand the trading needs and behaviors of users at different levels, lead the formulation and implementation of product strategy related to trading experience, drive cross-functional collaboration, and efficiently deliver high-quality trading products. Continuously improve platform trading experience, trading volume, and market competitiveness to fully meet the needs of all types of cryptocurrency traders. Key Responsibilities Manage the trading experience, covering product design, user interaction, and front-end to back-end feature development to ensure alignment with business and user needs Conduct in-depth research and integrate user feedback and insights to continuously optimize the product experience Responsible for product planning, defining and executing product roadmaps, effectively managing feature priorities to drive the achievement of core business objectives and support trading business growth Lead the entire product lifecycle from requirements research, design, and development to launch, working closely with design, UX, and engineering teams Continuously track mainstream trading platform trends, regularly conduct competitor analysis and user research, and stay updated on industry developments and market changes Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields Extensive experience in trading experience product management, with preference for candidates from cryptocurrency exchanges or tradfi firms Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, and familiarity with spot, margin, perpetual, and futures trading Solid understanding of the overall architecture and business processes of financial market trading systems Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with design and engineering teams Good command of English communication skills, adaptable to global teams and business scenarios Strong execution and self-motivation, able to independently take on and drive key initiatives Attention to detail
