Customer Service Representative (Branch)

Proactively promote the latest loan services and products to customers. Provide high-quality customer inquiry services, including information on loan application status, approval results, etc. If customers are interested in applying for a loan, arrange for them to complete the loan procedures online or refer them to hotline staff for follow-up. Build and maintain good customer relationships, and consistently offer professional advice.
