Units are shared room layouts, with all utilities including furniture, water, electricity, internet, gas, and coal included—no management fees or additional charges. We offer weekly cleaning, maintenance, management, 24-hour security, and one-to-one dedicated customer support services. Male and female tenants do not share accommodations. Suitable for students from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as graduates interning in Kowloon or the New Territories who wish to stay in Hong Kong.
