Role purpose Editors are key members of both the Business Intelligence (BI) team and the regional editing team. Requirements Essential - At least five years' experience of copy editing and a strong track record of producing high-quality output - Excellent copy-editing and report-writing skills, including experience of long-form editing - Experience of editing content - Excellent attention to detail - Boldness to reorganise and rewrite documents where necessary - Able to summarise, process and communicate information clearly - Able to think critically and link information to commercial implications - Able to build constructive relationships and rapport with colleagues, playing a role as part of a team - Organised, deadline-driven and able to multi-task under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint - Interest in politics and business in the Asia-Pacific Preferred - Experience of editing in a professional services, academic publishing or media environment - Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
