Gently dry the skin around the wound. 2. Select a dressing at least 2cm larger than the wound edge according to the wound size; non-adhesive foam dressings can be trimmed with sterile scissors. 3. Remove the Allevyn foam dressing from the package and place the white side in contact with the wound skin. 4. A secondary dressing or compression bandage must be used to secure the Allevyn non-adhesive foam dressing (SN-66007637, SN-66007643). 5. Replace the Allevyn foam dressing when clinical indications arise or when exudate marks approach the edges of the dressing. 6. Depending on the amount of exudate, condition of the dressing, and wound status, the Allevyn foam dressing may be left in place
