【Cost Details】 1. A deposit is required when booking: （1）Pay rent in full at once, the deposit is two months' rent. For Yixiang Credit Stay, paying rent in full allows a reduced deposit of HK$3,000, exclusively for Yixiang Haoju customers. （2）Pay rent semi-annually, the deposit is three months' rent. （3）Pay rent quarterly, the deposit is three months' rent (only available for working professionals or returning customers). （4）Pay rent monthly, the deposit is three months' rent (only available for working professionals). 2. Rent must be paid before move-in (25.8.1). Payment options are as follows: （1）Pay rent in full at once: eligible for the platform's annual payment rate and discounts. （2）Pay rent semi-annually: adjusted to 100% of the annual payment rate, no discount. （3）Pay rent quarterly: adjusted to 105% of the annual payment rate, no discount. （4）Pay rent monthly: adjusted to 118% of the annual payment rate, no discount. 3. True all-inclusive pricing covering management fees and miscellaneous charges, including the following services: （1）Utilities included (water, electricity, gas, internet), rates, and land rent. Free use of appliances. Electricity/gas cost capped at HK$1,500 per unit annually 【HK$1,500 for the entire unit, not per room. Utility bills will be prorated based on the contracted lease period (not actual occupancy duration) and number of occupants upon move-out】. （2）Free home maintenance and on-site service throughout the year, valued at HK$15,000. （3）Monthly cleaning of common areas, valued at HK$12,000 annually. （4）New bed linens provided upon move-in, valued at HK$1,000. （5）Waived management fee, valued at HK$8,000. （6）50% off emergency lockout service, valued at HK$800 per visit. 4. Friend Referral Rewards: （1）Receive HK$300 cash rebate for each friend referred. （2）Refer two friends and receive a special edition Octopus card.
