【Fee Details】 1. A deposit is required when booking: （1）Pay rent in full at once, the deposit will be two months' rent. For iHomy Credit Stay users, paying rent in full allows a reduced deposit of HKD 3,000, exclusively for iHomy customers. （2）Pay rent semi-annually, the deposit will be three months' rent. （3）Pay rent quarterly, the deposit will be three months' rent (only available for working professionals or returning customers). （4）Pay rent monthly, the deposit will be three months' rent (only available for working professionals). 2. Rent must be paid before move-in (25.8.1). Payment options are as follows: （1）Pay rent in full: eligible for the annual rate and discounts available on the platform. （2）Pay rent semi-annually: priced at 100% of the annual rate, no discount. （3）Pay rent quarterly: priced at 105% of the annual rate, no discount. （4）Pay rent monthly: priced at 118% of the annual rate, no discount. 3. True all-inclusive pricing covers management fees and miscellaneous charges, including the following services: （1）Utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet included, along with rates and land rent. Free use of appliances. Electricity/gas usage capped at HKD 1,500 per household per year 【HKD 1,500 for the entire unit, not per room. Utility costs will be prorated based on the contracted lease period (not actual occupancy duration) and number of occupants upon move-out】. （2）Free home maintenance and on-site service throughout the year, valued at HKD 15,000. （3）Monthly cleaning of common areas, valued at HKD 12,000 annually. （4）New bed linens provided upon move-in, valued at HKD 1,000. （5）Waived management fee, valued at HKD 8,000. （6）50% off emergency lockout service, valued at HKD 800 per service. 4. Friend Referral Rewards: （1）Receive HKD 300 cashback for each friend referred. （2）Refer two friends and receive a special edition Octopus card.
