Lease Term Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Method Initial deposit: First two months' rent plus utility prepayment Students: Two installments plus two months' security deposit Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Utility prepayment: HK$300 per month prepaid for water, electricity, and internet.
