An Yee Ju manages and operates a full-building student apartment. The village house has 3 floors, each featuring a large shared kitchen and 7 single en-suite rooms. Each room comes with private bathroom and full furniture. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, making it ideal for students or professionals working at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, or in the New Territories or Science Park. Lease Period Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Methods Initial deposit: First two months' rent plus prepaid utility fees Students: Pay in two or three installments with two or three months' deposit PhD students, scholarship recipients, or working professionals: Monthly payment available upon application, with three months' deposit Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Prepaid utility fee: HKD 300 per month for water, electricity, and internet, based on actual usage billed by the Water Supplies Department, power company, and internet service provider. Costs are shared equally among occupants and settled upon check-out, with any surplus refunded or deficit collected. Management Fee Rent includes management fee, government rates, and rent.
