The hostel has 5 floors, providing free internet access, self-use laundry and drying facilities, and a rooftop communal area. Each room is equipped with individual water and electricity meters, billed according to actual usage. Lease Period Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Method After signing the contract: Pay initial deposit equal to the first 2 months' rent and utility prepayment Upon move-in: Pay 2 months' rent and utility deposit Within 14 days after move-in: Pay the remaining 10 months' rent Starting from the 3rd month: Monthly prepayment for utilities Utilities and Internet Free internet service. Utilities prepaid: HK$300 per month per room for water and electricity prepayment, charged based on individual meter readings. Final settlement upon check-out, with any surplus refunded or shortage collected. Management Fee Rent includes management fee, government rates, and rent. Stamp Duty License agreement, no stamp duty required. Room Cleaning Weekly cleaning service for shared areas, regular maintenance for normal wear and tear.
