Lease Term Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Methods Initial deposit: First two months' rent plus prepaid utility fees Students: Two or three installment payments, with two or three months' deposit respectively PhD students, scholarship recipients, or working professionals: Monthly payment option available upon application, with three months' deposit Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Prepaid utility fee: HKD 300 per month for water, electricity, and internet. Actual usage charges from utility providers will be evenly split among occupants and settled upon move-out, with any surplus refunded or additional costs collected.
