Fully furnished units are shared by three tenants, with separate accommodations for males and females. Lease Term Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Methods Initial deposit: First two months' rent plus prepaid utilities (water, electricity, internet) Students: Two or three installment payments with two or three months' deposit PhD students, scholarship recipients, or working professionals: Monthly payment option available with three months' deposit Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Prepaid utility fee: HK$300 per month for water, electricity, and internet, covering estimated usage.
