Lease Term Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Methods Initial deposit: First two months' rent plus prepaid utility fees Students: Two or three installments with two or three months' deposit PhD students, scholarship recipients, or working professionals: Monthly payment available upon approval, with three months' deposit Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Prepaid utility fee: HKD 300 per month for water, electricity, and internet.
