All visitors must register their identification documents before entering the building. Lease Term Mid-August 2025 to mid-August 2026 Payment Method Initial deposit: First two months' rent plus prepaid utility fees Students: Two installments with two months' deposit Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Prepaid utility fee: HK$300 per month for water, electricity, and internet services. Actual usage charges issued by the Water Supplies Department, power company, and internet service provider will be shared equally among occupants and settled upon check-out, with any excess refunded or additional charges collected.
