Cool Point Apartments manages student apartments across Hong Kong. The buildings are equipped with elevators, private activity rooms, dedicated laundry rooms, and 24-hour security personnel. Floors 5 to 21 are entirely managed as student apartments, with six units per floor. All units come with private bathrooms and are fully furnished, with water, electricity, internet, gas, and coal included in the rent. There are no management fees or additional charges. Services include weekly cleaning, monthly room cleaning, maintenance, management, 24-hour security, and one-on-one dedicated customer support. Couples are welcome. Ideal for students from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Education University of Hong Kong, and graduates interning in Kowloon.
