Surrounded by unique restaurants and supermarkets, it is a convenient co-living space for studying and living. All rooms are equipped with kitchens, cooking utensils, refrigerators, and other essential amenities. Lease Term 12 months Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet) Utilities are not included. The monthly cost is $300/$400, shared equally between roommates for double rooms. Usage will be calculated upon check-out, with any excess charged or surplus refunded.
