During the apartment's reservation and booking process, applications from students who have paid the intent deposit will be prioritized. 2. Extension of Reservation: - If the apartment contract is not finalized within the initial reservation period of 1-15 working days and the student still intends to proceed, they may apply for an extension (must provide proof of apartment delay), with a maximum cumulative reservation period of up to 30 working days. 3. During the reservation period, if the student books another property with the same lease term through Yi Xiang Hao Ju, a full refund will be granted without conditions. 2. Refund Rules 1. Full Refund Conditions: - After successfully signing the apartment contract, submit the formal contract, deposit payment screenshot, and intent deposit payment proof via the system backend to apply for a refund. - If the contract is canceled due to reasons attributable to the apartment provider (official proof required), a full refund will be granted unconditionally. 2. Students may request a refund at any time during the reservation period while awaiting the contract. 3. Once the consultant sends the contract to the student, no refunds will be accepted by the platform for any reason, even if the student applies for an extended reservation period. 3. Supplementary Provisions 1. This rule is subject to the interpretation of the third-party platform and its partner apartment providers.
