A prepayment of HK$3,500 is required upon move-in for water, electricity, and gas fees. Settlement will occur after one year, and any excess usage must be paid additionally. 4. Annual payment comes with one-month deposit; semi-annual payment requires two-month deposit (rent price remains the same); payment every four months requires three-month deposit (rent increased by 10%). - The first rent installment must be paid seven days before the move-in date. - For semi-annual payment, the second rent installment must be paid within the fourth month after move-in. - For payment every four months, the second rent installment must be paid within the second month after move-in. - For payment every four months, the third rent installment must be paid within the sixth month after move-in. When moving out, all personal belongings must be removed, including from common areas, kitchen, and bathroom; otherwise, a clutter removal fee of HK$1,000 will be charged. - Each use of the spare key costs HK$50. If a key is lost, HK$80 must be paid for replacement; replacement of access card requires payment of HK$150. 6. Customers paying annually will receive a welcome gift.
