【Cost Details】 1. Deposit required when booking: （1）Pay rent in full at once, the deposit is two months' rent. For Yixiang Credit Stay, paying rent in full allows a reduced deposit of HK$3,000, exclusively for Yixiang Haoju customers. （2）Pay rent semi-annually, the deposit is three months' rent. （3）Pay rent quarterly, the deposit is three months' rent (only available for working professionals or returning customers). （4）Pay rent monthly, the deposit is three months' rent (only available for working professionals). 2. Rent must be paid before move-in (25.8.1). Payment options are as follows: （1）Pay rent in full at once to enjoy the platform's annual payment rate and discounts. （2）Pay rent semi-annually, priced at 100% of the annual rate, no discount. （3）Pay rent quarterly, priced at 105% of the annual rate, no discount. （4）Pay rent monthly, priced at 118% of the annual rate, no discount. 3. True all-inclusive pricing covering management fees and miscellaneous charges includes the following services: （1）Utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet fees fully covered, along with rates and land rent. Free use of appliances. Electricity and gas costs capped at HK$1,500 per household annually 【HK$1,500 for the entire unit, not per room.
