Job Responsibilities: ·         Oversee and manage the legal affairs of the company, conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory changes affecting the hedge fund industry, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations ·         Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements (ie.
