Control Risks is seeking a detail-oriented Security Operator to join our team in Hong Kong, embedded with our client, a global player in the manufacturing and retail sector. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing surveillance footage, identifying and documenting incidents, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all findings. Additionally, you will provide internal investigation support, assisting with workplace inquiries and compliance matters, as well as e-commerce fraud support, helping to flag and assess potentially fraudulent transactions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong observational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and ethical environment. Requirements Previous experience in security, surveillance, or a related investigative role. Familiarity with CCTV systems and video playback software. Proven experience in e-commerce fraud detection, risk analysis, or internal investigations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Strong written communication for precise and concise report writing Dependable and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration - Work closely with security teams, management, and law enforcement when necessary, providing clear and accurate evidence to support investigations. Fluency in written and spoken English with advantage of another language Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
