Manage & oversee the GBRS team to deliver the business targets and departmental goals - Monitor functional operations under the guidance of Head of Marketing - Explore business opportunities through international brokers and reinsurance cedants - Maintain a strong and long term relationship with all business sources - Review, analyze and monitor overall underwriting results to detect trends and make any strategic changes - Responsible for reviewing the existing products to offer support and assistance in enhancing and developing products variety to meet clients’ needs - Monitor underwriting performance and results, maintaining high degree of underwriting integrity to achieve targets - Maintain renewal ratios by utilizing preset Company Business Guideline and Delegated Authority Limit to fulfill broker & client satisfaction - Responsible for team monitoring to ensure the smooth running of all business including reinsurance business - Lead, coach and develop team members through delegation of responsibilities and staff empowerment - Monitor and manage to ensure end-to-end policy issuance process is met within agreed timeframe - Assist and follow up on the premium collections of intermediaries with long outstanding premiums to reduce bad debts and risks Requirements Must-have - Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 or holder of ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or equivalent - Proven track record in dealing with global brokers and reinsurance cedants - Good knowledge in multi-class of commercial line business - Strong technical skills in general insurance - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Good-to-have - Demonstrate a professional, courteous attitude with brokers and reinsurance partners - A good team player with strong communication and analytical skills - Customer focus, respond timely and ethically to requests/enquires Benefits - Reporting to Head of Marketing - Working location: Quarry Bay - Working days: 5 days per week - Fixed Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9 am to 5:30 pm - Work from home arrangements: 1 to 2 days per week subject to seasonality - Fast-growing business with excellent exposure and opportunities, expanding marketing team - 20 days of Annual leave - Medical Insurance (In & outpatient, dental, optical, annual check-up) - Anniversary Leave (Each year on Join Date) - Birthday Leave - Family leave after first year of service - Education allowance - Double Pay - Discretionary Bonus

This role will play a key part in building awareness of Control Risks expertise and driving growth for its services with our key buyers. The focus of the role will include crafting compelling messaging from complex topics and generating insightful, buyer-focused content ideas to bring alignment to global programme priorities within region. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the business to develop actionable content and build strategic marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Programme Lead for Asia Pacific, this person will work closely with the marketing team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate audience engagement. Tasks and responsibilities Execute compelling, integrated, multi-channel campaigns that target key audiences across the funnel to generate and nurture quality enquiries/leads and conversions. Track, measure, analyse and refine program activities to maximize impact. Provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis to ensure that we are driving business development value from our marketing efforts and communicate results to key stakeholders. Responsible for content creation, including working with our SMEs to capture their expertise and insights. Manage and grow the firm’s WeChat audience engagement. Contribute to ongoing credentialing activity, including industry awards, rankings, and other recognition programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for executing the yearly marketing plan, as ‘Day to Day’ digital marketing contact for all cross functional business partners and stakeholders · Fully responsible for all marketing activities across all channels in Japan market • Participate on APAC strategic marketing initiatives for AEO including, but not limited to segmentation strategies, growth strategies, and promotional strategies, hind-sighting and planning of future online marketing programs, customer acquisition and retention strategies and digital marketing tests • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) as well as hindsights to consider for future campaigns • Execute all web, social, email and display advertising campaigns and updates o Serve as day-to-day contact coordinating all digital creative updates and requests o Coordinate projects and concepts between the e-commerce team and digital vendors, as well as the US home office team o Responsible for reviewing the first assessment of creative options o Facilitation and management of timelines, kick offs and art review meetings for all executional elements o Coordination with creative design, marketing, merchandising, planning, and operation team • Lead the graphic designer and to ensure creative approval process with US team • Other projects and responsibilities as required Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • 6+ years relevant experience, including digital marketing & e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion / retail industry • Excellent spoken and written English skills • Solid experience in building website traffic and driving brand awareness via digital marketing initiatives • Good interpersonal, communication, project management and writing skills REQUIREMENTS • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Proven strategic thinking & planning capabilities • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to effectively coordinate several key projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal (via phone and in-person) and written communication skills.
