RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for executing the yearly marketing plan, as ‘Day to Day’ digital marketing contact for all cross functional business partners and stakeholders · Fully responsible for all marketing activities across all channels in Japan market • Participate on APAC strategic marketing initiatives for AEO including, but not limited to segmentation strategies, growth strategies, and promotional strategies, hind-sighting and planning of future online marketing programs, customer acquisition and retention strategies and digital marketing tests • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) as well as hindsights to consider for future campaigns • Execute all web, social, email and display advertising campaigns and updates o Serve as day-to-day contact coordinating all digital creative updates and requests o Coordinate projects and concepts between the e-commerce team and digital vendors, as well as the US home office team o Responsible for reviewing the first assessment of creative options o Facilitation and management of timelines, kick offs and art review meetings for all executional elements o Coordination with creative design, marketing, merchandising, planning, and operation team • Lead the graphic designer and to ensure creative approval process with US team • Other projects and responsibilities as required Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • 6+ years relevant experience, including digital marketing & e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion / retail industry • Excellent spoken and written English skills • Solid experience in building website traffic and driving brand awareness via digital marketing initiatives • Good interpersonal, communication, project management and writing skills REQUIREMENTS • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Proven strategic thinking & planning capabilities • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to effectively coordinate several key projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal (via phone and in-person) and written communication skills.
