Act as the primary operations contact for our Portfolio Managers, addressing trade-related requests and ensuring smooth execution. Oversee trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement, proactively resolving discrepancies. Handle broker account opening, setup, and trade mapping, ensuring seamless execution. Manage and coordinate with PM’s requests, working with internal teams (trading, compliance, risk, technology) to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration. Optimize operational workflows, drive automation, and enhance efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support PMs' decision-making. Stay up to date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with internal policies. Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations, trade support, or sales assistance within capital markets. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and settlement across asset classes. Experience working closely with Portfolio Managers or sales teams, understanding their needs and operational workflows. Hands-on experience with broker account opening, setup, and trade mapping. Familiarity with industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, MiFID, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Python or automation tools preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in both English and Chinese
