This handles the fund operations tasks and daily issues and review clients' drawdown applications according to established procedures and guidelines. What you need to have Conduct preliminary credit assessments for client's drawdown application Review and verify client's documents, ensure strict compliance with the terms of credit approval, provide updates on application status Maintain all required documentation submitted to the system and ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements Monitor fund cash flow, including tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring proper fund liquidity Perform processing and able to meet tight timelines accurately Handle ad-hoc tasks, assignments, and manage exceptions, discrepancies and irregularities Requirements Higher diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline 2-3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge and experience in handling loan documents and collaterals, as well as acquainted with the workflow of credit facilities drawdown/operation Strong analytical mind and able to provide effective solutions to support internal and external business partners in achieving business; A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented Detailed-mind, able to work at a fast pace and multi-tasking for efficient results Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Why FundPark Collaborate with a cohesive group of young entrepreneurs working towards peak performance Led and inspired by a team of experienced and visionary industry leaders An exclusive opportunity to be our part owner and share in the Company’s growth and success through participating in our Employee Stock Option Plan Join us at this exciting scale-up stage for ample development and career growth opportunities Benefits Dental insurance, Five-day work week, Medical insurance

Negotiate costs and contracts to align with internal budgets and financial goals Process Improvement and Reporting: Design and deliver procurement management reports to inform strategy formulation for NPD projects Propose and implement plans to improve procurement process efficiency within the context of new product developments Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project outcomes and procurement effectiveness Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead a small team to organize and manage daily operations related to NPD procurement activities Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between procurement and other functional teams to ensure successful project execution Oversee technology transfer processes from prototype to production scale, working closely with the production team to define product specifications and operational workflows Requirements Who we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related disciplines At least 3 years of managerial experience in sourcing and procurement management, preferably within NPD projects Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product development or similar projects Experience in the retail or personal care industry is highly preferred In-depth knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, project management, and NPD (New Product Development).
