About the Role: As the Head of Digital, you will be the strategic leader and owner of the company’s digital ecosystem, driving innovation and operational excellence across key platforms including the Client Portal, Loan Management System (LMS), CRM, Accounting Software, and Corporate Website. You will act as the primary IT Business Partner, collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Credit, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Operations, and Finance to align digital initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, agile project management, and stakeholder leadership to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven fintech environment. What you need to do: Digital Platform Ownership Serve as the end-to-end owner of digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration, security, and performance. Oversee the lifecycle management of systems (Client Portal, LMS, CRM, etc.), including upgrades, migrations, and compliance. Leading a team of BA & UIUX to conduct requirement analysis and digital platform design. Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to prioritize development, testing, and maintenance. IT Business Partnership Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify digital needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and align roadmaps. Lead requirement analysis, prototype design, and product requirement documentation. Prioritize initiatives that enhance automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. Project & Stakeholder Management Manage end-to-end project delivery using agile methodologies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Facilitate workshops to gather feedback, resolve conflicts, and secure buy-in for digital strategies. Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders. Innovation & Global Expansion Drive digital transformation leveraging AI, data analytics, and automation to support eCommerce financing and credit underwriting. Champion scalable solutions for global market expansion, ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Requirements Experience: 12+ years in digital product/platform management, with at least 5 years in fintech, lending, or internet-based industries. Proven track record in managing CRM, LMS, or client-facing portals. Degree in Business, IT or related discipline (e.g., BA, Computer Science, Engineering) with agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe). Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and verbal) for global collaboration. Mindset: Passion for innovation in AI, data-driven decision-making, and automation. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data Governance Manager to lead our data management in the dynamic fintech industry. As a Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, quality, and security within the organization. Your work will bridge the gap between business users and IT professionals, advocating for best practices in data management while understanding different departments' unique needs and priorities. What you need to do: Data Governance and Policy Enforcement: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business terminology, data standards, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization Data Quality Management: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability Implement data quality assessment processes, identify anomalies or discrepancies, and coordinate efforts to rectify issues and improve overall quality Data Access and Security Management: Responsible for managing access controls and permissions to safeguard sensitive or confidential data for their assigned datasets Work closely with IT security teams to attain data access policies, monitor user activity, and mitigate security risks Metadata Management: Provide context and information about data assets Define metadata standards, tags, and classifications to enhance data discoverability, lineage, and understanding across the organization Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee throughout the lifecycle of data, from creation or archival or deletion Establish policy and procedures for data retention, archival and disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs Requirements University Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline Minimum 5 years of working experience on data or project management, preferably in banking or FinTech field Experience in driving implementation of enterprise master data strategies. Knowledgeable about data governance practices, business and technology matters related to enterprise data management Open-minded and self-motivated team player with a "can-do" attitude Proactive with strong problem solving, communication, influencing and negotiation skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Iterate on digital solutions using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback. Requirements 8+ years in digital product management/technical project management, fintech experience required. Proven track record in delivering client portals, financial systems, or SaaS platforms. Strong technical acumen: Understand APIs, cloud infrastructure, frontend/backend architectures, and data flows. Agile/Scrum expertise with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Figma. Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to influence Product, Tech, and Marketing teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe; experience working with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines would be advantageous.
