Chosen candidates will be invited to our retail stores to try-on one given product, and follow-up with a submission of reviews and product testimonials to share their thoughts and experiences with our community. We are looking for a passionate Growth and Marketing leader a highly driven and effective individual to power our customer acquisition strategy. Operating at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and cryptocurrency, you will own the complete growth and customer acquisition strategy—leading paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, community marketing, customer reactivation, campaign development and implementation—. You'll manage an existing high-performing team and have the autonomy to design and scale your organization, supported closely by senior management. ‍ A Day In The Life Your morning begins by diving into yesterday's acquisition performance across channels, scrutinizing data to uncover insights, optimization opportunities, and areas for experimentation. Perhaps you've identified a promising new influencer campaign yielding high-quality traffic, and you're strategizing how to scale it further. Next, you meet with your Head of Paid Acquisition, aligning on budgets, channel strategies, and near-term priorities. You review recent affiliate program performance, brainstorm ways to activate dormant channels, and discuss fresh ideas for community marketing initiatives to drive organic growth. Mid-morning, you collaborate with the Product and Data teams, exploring ways to optimize conversion funnels and improve user onboarding to maximize acquisition ROI.
