About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Home Administrator to assist with the daily operations of our household. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Manage household schedules and appointments. Organize and maintain household files and records. Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and service providers. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Manage household inventory and supplies. Provide support for family members as needed Requirements Good command of both English and Chinese. Previous experience in an administrative role preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Must be comfortable working in a home environment. With basic medical knowledge.
