Customer Service Representative (Branch)
Sai Wan, Hong Kong
Proactively promote the latest loan services and products to customers.
Provide high-quality customer inquiry services, including information on loan application status, approval results, etc.
If customers are interested in applying for a loan, arrange for them to complete the loan procedures online or refer them to hotline staff for follow-up.
Build and maintain good customer relationships, and consistently offer professional advice.
Work location: Shau Kei Wan / Sai Ying Pun / Sham Shui Po / Kwun Tong
Working hours: Monday to Friday (0900–1900)
Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, or HKQF Level 4 qualification
Minimum of two years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
Applicants without relevant experience may be considered if they are outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible
Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills are preferred
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided upon joining
Candidates available to start immediately will be given priority consideration
