Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee various security projects, such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, compliance advisory and security reviews, for our clients. -Coordinate project resources and logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. -Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines. -Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing necessary information. -Regularly report project status to clients, team members, and management, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, milestones, and potential issues. -Facilitate effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that project concerns are properly addressed and tracked until project completion. Requirements Requirements: -Possess a diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in any discipline. -Minimum of 1 year of working experience in IT operations or IT project management, preferably with a focus on information security. -Demonstrate a basic understanding of IT terms and technologies. -Knowledge of information security and software development life cycle (SDLC) is advantageous. -Display strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing work procedures and multiple tasks. -Exhibit excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
