Coordinate project schedules and resources with customers, engineers, vendors and third parties to deliver solutions on time Manage multiple projects effectively and work calmly under pressure  Mentor engineers to enhance their technical skills and improve service delivery Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents Serve as a point of escalation and assist engineers with projects and security cases Manage multiple projects effectively and work calmly under pressure  Requirements *** Key Requirements *** Must-have  - 6 years of in-depth work experience in Network Security and Cybersecurity  - Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer  - Degree holder in IT related disciplines or equivalent  - Work experience in SI company / vendor / telecom Good-to-have  - Strong knowhow in Cisco networking e.g. OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, and QoS - certifications in Network Security product preferred Job Specification Degree holder in IT related disciplines or equivalent Proficient in Palo Alto Networks Security Technologies and other its cybersecurity product solutions Minimum of 6 years of relevant in-depth work experience in Network Security and Cybersecurity, such as Network Security Infrastructure, CyberSecurity, SD-WAN, Application Security, Remote Access VPN, and other network related technology solutions. In-depth knowledge and experience in networking design and technologies across LAN, WAN, Data Centre and Cloud, particularly AWS and Azure. Familiarity with various networking vendors and their technologies, including CheckPoint, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco. Holder certifications in Network Security product such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) and relevant Cybersecurity certificates such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CEH etc. is advantage Strong understanding of general Cisco networking e.g. OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, and QoS Experience with common deployment patterns, including infrastructure solutions to support secure and resilient multi-site applications, and secure single and multi-tenanted virtual environments. Leadership skills and experience in engaging technical and business personnel to reach consensus on solutions across a broad group of stakeholders. For this position, we are looking for an Application Support Engineer who can assist one of our clients - a leading investment bank. Responsibilities: The role involves mix of production support (70%) and business analysis (20-30%). In this capacity, you will be required to do functional and technical analysis of business needs, support internal clients, troubleshoot, and diagnose functional and technical issues in the production environment.   Conduct functional and technical support on Research Website, CRM, Research workflow & distribution system Work closely with vendor and global development & application support teams to ensure smooth delivery of functional and technical requirement.
